CD Launch Party Oct 2006

Below are moments from Doug's CD Launch Party, held October 8, 2006, at the Botanical Gardens Hotel, Bendigo.

Doug and fellow performer and good mate, Pete Gervasoni. Pete did a 'fantastic!' job as MC for the evening as well as performing original songs and covers and a couple of duets with Doug.

Annabella and Riley show 'em how it's done on the dance floor!

Doug and Ally sang two duets and Ally treated the audience to some well known songs as well as one she had written herself.

Doug is accompanied by award-winning fiddle player, Marcela Koldova.

One of the emotional highlights of the evening .... Doug is joined by his 2 year old son, Riley, as he performs the original song, "A Hero Like You", for which Riley was the inspiration.

Doug and Penelope Somerville. Penny accompanied her sister Rebecca and band during the evening, as well as with Doug. Penny recently brought home top honours in the fiddle contest of the Mildura Country Music Festival.
